The Most Flexible Gym Memberships in Rayleigh and Essex!

Unlike many chain gyms, we offer a variety of memberships, including options with no longterm contract:
- Cash Monthly: 40.00 GBP per month, no contract
- Direct Debit Monthly: 35.00 GBP per month, no contract but one month's notice is required for cancellation
- Direct Debit Yearly I: 30.00 GBP per month, one year contract
- Direct Debit Yearly II: 25.00 GBP per month, two year contract

Again unlike the chain gyms, we do not charge any sort of joining fee or other administrative charges.

Your first session will always be free. In addition to our memberships, our personal trainers are also available for one-on-one personal training for a fully individualised weights, cardio and nutritional regime specific to your goals.

In addition, you may purchase your sessions one at a time, 'pay as you go' style. A single session costs 5.00 GBP and has no time limit.
