So much of training and nutrition is individual and will depend on your goals, age, training experience, any injuries you may have and most importantly of all, your unique metabolism and physiology.
Our trainers will create a specific plan for YOU, with a totally individualised diet with meal options, a training routine with exercises, cadence, volume, frequency and intensity appropriate to your goals, a cardio/conditioning regime and of course, constant help and support with any questions you have. Through years of experience and experimentation, our trainers instinctively know exactly how to structure a plan to put you on the fast track to gains.

Matthew Bray
Matt is the founder and owner of Tech Training Gym, and combines a decade of experience with bodybuilding with a passionate desire to help people achieve their goals. He got involved with bodybuilding as a teenager and has never looked back, and bought Tech Training Gym specifically so that he could offer others the benefits of his knowledge and training ability. A dedicated business owner and family man himself, Matt is totally aware that the stresses of our modern lifestyle can often leave us without the luxury of being able to exercise whenever we want, and prepare elaborate meals - his training and diet plans reflect this, and are designed to be easily followed by the modern man or woman who is constantly on the go and busy with work, school or familly commitments.
He considers himself a 'physique sculptor' as there is no greater joy for him than watching a trainee's physique improve dramatically over time, so that six months later, someone who was previously fat, skinny or generally out of shape is now unrecognisable, and turning heads wherever they go.
